We work with Service Users or Clients within our District and community under the compliance with the Cambridgeshire County Council providing experienced and trained Personal Care (PC) carer & Holistic Home Care (HHC) carer. Our Services are:

• Learning & Disability Care

• Personal Care such as: Medication Administration, Moving & Handling and Respite Care

• Holistic Homecare such as: Gardening, Cleaning, Administration, Travel Assistance, Prescription Pick Up, Companionship (indoor and outdoor), Socialisation (going to clubs etc.), Grocery shopping and collection etc, Food Preparation including Baking, Fitness Services, Individual (at home), Individual (at studio etc.) and Class sessions.

• Wrap around Support

• Complex Care Services for adults and children with:

  • Tracheostomy care (tracheostomy dressing and holder changing)

  • Suctioning therapy (oral and trachy suction)

  • gastrostomy care - PEG feeding

  • Diabetes Check using a home testing kit

  • Catheter care - Changing of urine catheter Night bag and day bag

  • Administering of Enema

  • Ventilation (Invasive & Non-Invasive Ventilation)

  • Pressure area care

  • Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) - carrying out a Urinalysis Check using a urinalysis strip

  • Tissue Viability

  • Cough Assist, Oxygen therapy, pressure area care

  • Spinal injury

  • Brain injury

  • Bowel and Bladder management

  • Service users with the use of Nebuliser

  • High needs of observation using manometer, Oximeter, and other tools and the scoring system observation chart endorsed by NHS England and NHS Improvement.
